What this notice covers
This notice explains how Dooggoo handles information when you use the website, open a tool, process content, send feedback, or contact us. It applies across Dooggoo web tools, including document, image, code, play, and everyday utility experiences.
Files and text
Some tools run in your browser. For those tools, the file or text stays on your device unless you choose to download, copy, share, or send it somewhere else.
Some tools may need server processing to complete a conversion, compression, extraction, or future AI workflow. When that happens, the file may be uploaded temporarily so Dooggoo can perform the action you requested.
- We aim to label tools clearly before upload when server processing is involved.
- We do not design Dooggoo to keep document contents, signatures, extracted text, or generated files longer than needed for the requested job.
- You should avoid sending highly sensitive files unless the tool label and your own requirements make that appropriate.
Usage and device data
We may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate region, pages visited, tool usage, performance data, and error logs. We use this information to keep the service working, understand what needs improvement, and protect Dooggoo from abuse.
Feedback
If you use the footer feedback box or contact flow, we may receive the message you write and the context you choose to include. Please do not paste private document contents, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive information into feedback.
Cookies and local storage
Dooggoo may use essential browser storage for preferences such as theme, interface state, and tool settings. If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking is added, Dooggoo should present the required notice and consent controls where they apply.
Service providers
Dooggoo may rely on hosting, storage, analytics, security, email, and AI infrastructure providers. We aim to share only the information needed for those providers to operate the relevant feature.
Retention
Browser-only work normally remains on your device. Temporary server uploads and generated downloads should be removed once they are no longer needed to deliver the requested result. Operational logs may be kept for security, debugging, and reliability.
Your choices
You can reset browser state, clear local storage, avoid optional uploads, and avoid including sensitive data in feedback. For privacy questions or deletion requests, include the relevant Dooggoo tool or page, approximate time of use, and a short description of what you want reviewed.
Changes
Dooggoo may update this notice as tools, storage, analytics, or AI features change. When the notice changes, the updated date should change too.
